Making people get it and actually show up

Transforming a talented studio into a brand people remember online (2019–2020)

Growth Strategy | Digital Infrastructure | Content System | Brand Execution

Overview

Alisa Sheinson had decades of artistic experience, but no structured digital presence that reflected the quality of her work.

I led a full digital transformation by rebuilding the website, shaping a clearer brand story, and creating systems for content, social media, and newsletters.

The result was a stronger premium perception, more qualified interest, and a scalable foundation for future growth.

What Was Holding Growth Back

The studio had decades of artistic credibility,
but no clear system to support growth online or offline.

Outdated website with weak content structure

Inconsistent social presence

No newsletter or audience retention channel

Disorganized physical and digital assets

No clear path for scalable growth

The Real Bottleneck

The issue wasn’t artistic quality.
It was the lack of systems that support growth.

No clear content architecture

No visit generation strategy

No unified visual system

No operational workflow

No scalable growth infrastructure

The Growth Engine I Built

Once the blockers were clear,
execution became the priority.

I built a connected system linking the website, social media, newsletters, and the physical studio experience.

Each channel had a role: attract, nurture, convert, and retain.

Together, they created a repeatable path from attention to real-world engagement and sales.

A Website That Makes People Get It

Where people understand the value before they ever walk in

The website wasn’t built to sell products online.
It was built to communicate the full scope of Alisa’s work.

From light art to interior design, wayfinding, and unique product design,
people could finally understand what she actually does and how valuable it is.

That clarity changed how visitors perceived the brand.
And more importantly, it brought the right people into the studio and exhibitions, where real high-value sales happened.

Even six years later, the site still feels modern, inviting,
and continues to reflect how exceptional Alisa is as a designer.

Showed Up Consistently Until People Cared

Where attention turns into real-world interest

Social wasn’t about chasing trends.
It was about staying visible in a way that actually fits the brand.

I built a content system around Alisa’s work, exhibitions, and process.
From new pieces to behind-the-scenes moments, everything had a clear role.

The goal was simple: stay present, stay relevant, and remind people why this work matters.
Over time, it created familiarity, curiosity, and real interest.

The more people saw the studio and Alisa in action, the more they felt connected. Some didn’t even need an invitation.

They just walked in.

Owning Your Audience, Not Renting It

Where attention turns into ongoing connection

Social brought attention.
The newsletter kept it alive.

I created a simple system to stay in touch with people who already showed interest.

Updates about new work, exhibitions, and moments from the studio kept the audience engaged over time.

Open rates reached around 25%, which showed real interest and attention. That led to people coming to the studio and to art exhibitions.

At times, it didn’t feel like a newsletter.
It felt like Alisa was stepping right out of the screen.
The people who already knew Alisa didn’t forget.
They came back.

A Place People Want To Walk Into

Turning a working space into an actual experience

The studio was always creative,
but it wasn’t inviting.

We cleared what wasn’t needed and made the space easier to move through. Alisa’s lighting pieces were installed outside, turning the entrance into a first impression.

Small details made a big difference.

Coffee, conversations, and a team that naturally shared the work.

Over time, the space stopped feeling like a workspace,
and became something people wanted to explore.

People didn’t just come to see the work.
They stayed to experience it.

Some of Alisa's work during 2018-2020

I had the honor and pleasure of taking and editing many of the images you see here, alongside a great group of designers, all dedicated to Alisa's success during those years.

From Attention to Action

Getting attention is easy.
Getting people to move is the real game.

This project did exactly that.

People did not just engage.
They showed up, explored, and bought.

Because when everything connects
online presence, content, and real world experience
you do not need to push.

People come to you.

More studio visits

People started walking in. Not just online engagement.

Exhibition attendance
Events became destinations, not announcements.

High-value sales
From interest to actual
purchases, in thousands of NIS.

Stronger brand perception
From “interesting artist” to “must-see experience”.

What Alisa says:

“Royi managed to capture the soul of my work, the quiet tension between light and space, and translate it into a digital experience.

Every detail, from the rhythm of the website to the tone of each newsletter, reflects that same calm energy.

It’s rare to see design that doesn’t compete with the art but elevates it.”

What This Project Actually Did

This project wasn’t just about improving visuals.
It was about building a system that supports growth.

From online presence to real-world experience,
every part worked together. I may have led this process, but I would like to thank everyone who took part, and to Alisa, for trusting me.

I've grown a lot since then, but the mindset remains the same. That’s how I approach every project.
